The much- awaited draw for the UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE round of 16 is out, and not surprisingly, it has produced mouthwatering fixtures that will excite fans.
The draw, held in Nyon. It has placed the last 16 teams against each other for a chance to advance to the quarter finals.
Perhaps, the biggest fixture will be the clash between two European powerhouses Manchester United and AC Milan, in what is undoubtedly the biggest draw of the round.
The two traditional teams will square up against each other in a double legged encounter. The last meeting between these sides was a semifinals meeting in 2007 where Kaka inspired the Italians to the finals of the Champions League.
Manchester United have been knocked out more times against AC Milan than against any other club in European competitions and Ole Gunner Solskjaer will be hoping to end that run when the two sides meet.
Aubameyang’s heroics ensured Arsenal booked a place in this round with a much-important win against Benefica. Arsenal will now face familiar foes, Olympiacos in the next game after both sides were drawn against each other.
Spurs eased into the round with an easy 8-1 aggregate win against Wolfsberger and have been drawn to face Dinamo Zagreb with the last meeting between the sides ending in favour of the English side.
